Psychotherapy

I provide one on one, 53 minute long, telehealth psychotherapy sessions.

At this time I accept the following insurances: Optum & BCBS. For client’s who utilize their insurance benefits, co-pays will be due at time of session.

For private pay clients, Initial sessions are $180 per hour and subsequent sessions are $160. I can provide you with an invoice for your session, which is called a Superbill, for you to submit directly to your insurance for out of network (OON) reimbursement.
