Clinical Supervision

I offer supervision for mental health counselors working towards licensure in the state of Massachusetts, and for those already licensed who are needing supervision to gain clinical guidance in my areas of expertise. 

I have completed MaMHCA’s Core Supervisor Workshops and am certified as a MaMHCA Certified Clinical Supervisor (MCCS). I have worked in the human services field for over fifteen years, with ten plus years of supervisory experience.

Throughout my career I have worked in numerous facets of the human services field. When I first began my employment journey, I worked as a direct care staff at a residential school for adolescent girls. From there I got hired into a non-profit organization, where I remained employed for 12 years. For this company I worked as an Assistant Program Director of a Residential Facility for Adults with Mental Health Diagnoses, a Program Director of a residential facility for adults with Intellectual / Developmental Disabilities, and the Program Director of a Respite Program, Behaviorist, a Psychotherapist, a Clinical Director of Day Services, and a Director of Day Habilitation Operations. I also have experience working as a consulting behavioral health clinician working with adults with acquired brain injuries and currently own and operate a psychotherapy private practice.

During this time I have had a handful of wonderful supervisors who have helped develop my clinical skills, supervisory skills, and passion for the work I do. I also have had supervisors who made working with them and for them feel like a chore. I understand how important a good supervisor / mentor is in this field and would love the opportunity to be that for you.
